The medical coordinator redefines the medical strategy in accordance with the new assessed needs on the field with the partners. S/he monitors the medical implementation of the project in compliance with the defined strategy, and in close contact with the General coordinator. S/he makes the link with the medical authorities, more specifically the Syrian Red Crescent medical department. S/he participates in the assessment and the elaboration of the next steps of the project.
